Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were basic but clean and functional, with the downside of being able to hear noise from the adjoining room and a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. On the positive side, the rooms had many amenities that you would usually find in a more expensive hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to various testing centers in Makati, making it a practical choice for us. The staff is accommodating but could be more helpful, especially during night shifts. The rooms, although eventually fixed, had maintenance issues and dated A/C units. The dining experience is satisfactory, offering a good selection of homemade products. The hotel's facilities are below par for the location, lacking some essential amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although they looked better in photos, were comfortable and had basic amenities like a big bed, a TV, and a fridge. However, I was disappointed to find out my room had no window and was whatever was leftover. The location was superb, close to the central business district and dining options, but the dining experience was lacking with limited and repetitive options, especially for vegetarians.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and clean, ensuring a good night's rest, but our last night without a window was a bit disappointing. The service was a bit of a letdown, with unfriendly staff restricting early check-in and hot water availability. However, the front desk service was superb. The location was very convenient for my needs, though some security issues were concerning. The dining options were limited, with little variety for non-rice eaters. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The convenient location near Makati Ave and A-Venue was great for exploring the area, but I faced issues with the lack of hot water during all three nights I stayed there. The rooms had a mini refrigerator, making it easy to store cold drinks, but the one assigned to me upon arrival wasn't ready.
